Psychological Conseling & Therapy

The use of positive psychology in therapy involves the exploration of the client's values, strengths and virtues, as well as the review and support of psychological resources within the framework of positive affect, self-compassion, hope and resilience.

Positive psychology cannot replace the therapeutic model used, it can provide support. It focuses not only on the elimination of the problem, but also on the person's progress, development and living a meaningful life for themselves.

In order to benefit from positive psychology techniques, it is not necessary to have psychological problems, it allows the person to lead a more productive, meaningful, happy and fulfilled life, so it can work with people who do not have a clinical diagnosis.

I use Person-Centered Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy models in my psychological counseling sessions and support these models with a positive psychology approach. The difficulties we face in our work, relationships, family, sudden changes, life transitions, losses can challenge our psychological adaptation, all these issues can be addressed in the counseling and therapy process.
